first, lets talk about who we are:
-Deveraux is a freshman in high school who loves podcasting, blogging, reading & eating. she has lived in maui hawaii almost her entire life and although sometimes she wishes she could see some snow she does enjoy it.
-Noelle is 17 years old and going into her junior year. She loves god, theater, doing crazy things with friends, her dog Auzzie, the mountains and lots more. She lives in Colorado and loves everything about it.

really quick we want to explain the purpose of this blog:
we love listing to podcasts but we know that sometimes it's annoying it is when someone is dropping tips or talking about their favorite things on a podcast and you feel like you need to make notes to remember everything. so here we will recap some of the episodes we feel like take the most notes.
how we got to where we are today:
-2003 Noelle was born a twin. shes lived in colorado her entire life
-Noelle went to a private Christian school until second grade.
-2005 Dev was born in maui hawaii when she lived up until she was 6.
-in second grade Noelle switched to an alternative learning school which her brothers attended which is where she found her confidence and voice. She also moved to a new house down the street from her old house.
-2011 dev and her parents and younger brother moved to carmel california, 20 minutes from big sur.
-from 2011 to 2013 dev lived in carmel going to public school and really enjoyed it. dev and her family also went on a road trip which was the start of where her love for travel began. Christmas of 2013 they moved back to maui and decided that homeschool was the best fit for their family.
-throughout the years Noelle focused on school along with learning more about herself. Her brother was also struggling with autism which helped Noelle grow in many areas.
-2017 dev started taking photos of her friends although she loved taking photos from a young age. right around that time her brother began getting invested in water sports and trying things no one else his age was doing
-Noelle decided to start doing an after school non-profit theater group which she loved.
-from 2018 to 2019 dev mostly focused on school. she created a podcast called hello dear podcast with one of her best friends. they continued it until december and then decided to go in different directions. she also helped manage a friend's instagram and created her first website.
-in 2018 Noelle started valor Christian high school, her first semester was pretty hard because she didn’t have many friends but she decided to get involved and audition for the musical Thoroughly Modern Millie. She also helped with the musicals costumes which she realized she actually loved.
-in 2018 dev also got really sick. She couldn’t hardly move along with cold symptoms, her parents took her to the doctor after she resisted it for a week and from the doctors office they immediately rushed her to the hospital in a ambulance where she stayed for 3 days running tests. They came to the conclusion that she has asthma induced by virus so whenever she gets a cold she gets in like 6 times worse then the average person.
-Noelle’s sophomore year started she was in multiple musicals and became the head costumer. she also became really close with her school friend and her outside of school friends.
-at the beginning of the year (2020) she started making videos of her & her friends adventures. over quarantine she began making promotional videos for her brothers sponsors as a fun homeschool challenge.
-during covid-19 Noelle’s school went online and she became really close with her outside of school friends.
-in the beginning of August devs brother crossed a 43 mile channel which inspired four 2-3 minute “hype videos” to get people excited for the crossing & one final video which she is currently working on now.
-currently Noelle is dating her best friends twin brother, she just finished her schools summer musical Bright Star, she has great friends outside and within school.
-currently dev is focusing on many things, podcasting, social media marketing, web design, videography, and managing.
